My journey began in 2001 when I graduated from Moscow State Pedagogical University and embarked on my career in the HR business. Over the past two decades, I have honed my skills, turning recruitment into not only a profession but a lifestyle that I wholeheartedly embrace.

In 2005, I founded Marksman Recruitment Solutions, which has earned a reputation as one of Russia's finest recruiting companies according to HR experts. A few years later, in 2014, I was invited to join the prestigious international executive search company, Neumann Partners / theXecutives, as a Senior Consultant.

Throughout the years, I have successfully executed hundreds of search projects, placing top-tier managers and experts. My clientele extends beyond Fortune 500 companies, also encompassing promising startups.

In 2015, my family and I relocated to Israel, making aliyah and broadening our horizons. Since 2016, my services have expanded to include not only corporate clients but individual candidates as well, sharing invaluable contacts and experiences.

With a deep understanding of the market, I have cultivated an extensive network of business contacts with major employers, encompassing over 20,000 company representatives, including HR Directors, Heads of Recruitment, and CEOs.
