What is it made of?

August 24, 2024

They say that people who know how sausages are made at factories never eat them. And those who understand pharmaceuticals tend to opt for "natural remedies" and so on...

The more of an expert you are in what you do, the clearer it becomes how much of it is just 'smoke and mirrors.'

This is one reason why there's such a desire to switch industries, to get some fresh air. But, my friends, it's the same everywhere.

The attractive facades of companies hide the same problems - inept management, low morale, financial issues, unfair competition, corruption.

You will never find the perfect place. Because it doesn't exist.

And even if you are currently perfectly happy at your job, the time will come when you will leave.

Circumstances will change. The carriage will indeed turn back into a pumpkin.

Why am I saying all this?

Be as realistic as possible. Dream and hope - this is also my advice. Develop your professional skills, explore new methods and approaches, and make your plan.

Take responsibility for your future in hiring and don't wait for miracles. Alas, not in this lifetime.
